    The jigsaw opens on my screen but the dayly or other puzzles dont enter. Please make it work or pay me back

    Achievement Lost, or Broken Achievements.

    i mean i can see all my achievements on xbox one as i have them! but just dont count.. its weird. sad days.. man i dont know why my halo 3 service record is blank..and my odst one.. maybe i just never sync them. but my halo reach and halo 4 is there. and
    my halo reach shows my achievements :) onward to hero rank !@! eventually cause its so slow when u have to wait for daylie challenges.. xD

    Hello, thee updates are because you are in the preview program. you have to open the insider hub and unsubscribe from the preview program.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
