    I’ve reset it multiple times, but I can’t even get to settings to factory reset it.

    Hello!

    Try this following steps:

    1. Press and Hold the power button for a few seconds until the console fully shuts down.

    2. Next you want to press and hold the sync button on the left side of the console as well as the EJECT button on the front of the console.

    3. Then tap power button and you'll hear one power up tone, hold the two buttons until you hear a second power up tone; they're a few seconds apart .

    4. After that you should be on factory reset screen.

    There yo can reset the xbox while keeping your games and apps of you can fully wipe the console! Take careful! and this to check this link as well : https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
