    For the past few days the daily Jigjaw Jammer puzzles have not been loading. They start the load, but the bar stops about a quarter away from the start and they won't finish loading. I can still load Jigjaw Jammer puzzles from earlier days, prior to the
    6th of April, and all other daily puzzles load. Please fix it so that I can complete all the daily puzzles. Thank you.

    Let's start by resetting the game app with the steps here:

    Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Jigsaw>Advanced Options>Reset.

    After trying that please let us know if the puzzles load correctly for you.

    I did the reset, however in the process I lost all 111 collections, 15 months (all of 2018 and 2017) of achievements in the daily challenges and over 340k in gold bars. To top things off, now the Daily challenges don't load at all. I want a refund for the
    last two years of paying for the Premium 2x $9.99, since I have lost everything I had done in that time. Too bad I can't get back those hours wasted playing this game.

    Were you able to sign back into your account on the app to confirm that all that content was lost? Did you sign in with the same MSA that you have been using.

    Please fix the freezing up glitch on Daily Puzzles

    THIS IS FIXED for me, at least. In doing Classic Jigsaw, I saved a completed puzzle only to find that there were TWO new complexity levels. I chose GrandMaster, and it took me 20 minutes just to do the edge pieces after choosing arrange.

    At any rate, I then tested the daily puzzles, and the jammer for June 6th worked.

    Jigsaw Jammer not loading

    I have the same problem...

    Unable to play Jigsaw Jammer since 4 Sep 2016. Starts to load and hangs.

    Checked Updates and they're all loaded. I have postponed the UPGRADE.

    Ran the Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab, wushowhide.diagcab, dxdiag Direct X Ver. 12, & wsreset.exe. No change.

    The other 2 games, Lock Breaker & Bug Catcher, work fine.

    Jammer tries to load, shows the 4 puzzle pieces moving together and apart, displays about 1/2 inch of the loading bar and loops the puzzle pieces movement infinitely. I let it run for 20 minutes once.

    I did run the MS Disk Cleanup to get rid of all the junk files... ???

    Any suggestions?
