    The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live


    I recently bought an xbox one, and I purchased live on it today. I'm trying to play black ops, the backwards compatible copy from the 360, and it won't let me get into the multiplayer. it just gives me the notice that my account isn't allowed to play on
    xbox live.

    Once signed in -> Services and Subscriptions -> Under Subscription -> Active gold membership?

    as you say, you got gold contact xbox support here
