"The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE."

I have seen many questions and many answers for this, but none have solved my issue. I have an Xbox One, I play online games on it every day, I have Gold, but I cannot play Xbox 360 games online.

I've tried both Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2, and nothing I do works. I have followed all recommended advice, which I'll list:

-Deleted and reinstalled the game twice

-Pressed both middle buttons and deleted profile from Xbox 360, and redownloaded it

-Did the same but selected the "delete profile AND items" option as well (and redownloaded it)

-Did a soft reset on my Xbox (held down power button for 10 seconds until I heard the slight sound)

-Did a full reset on my Xbox from the Xbox one settings while keeping my games and apps, but had to boot up the whole system and connect my phone back and reinstall my apps.

None of these have worked for me and I'm incredibly frustrated. As stated, I am able to play any online Xbox one game I want, but as soon as I try to go to Xbox live for a 360 game, I'm unable. I paid for these games. I pay for Gold. I have done every single thing recommended on this website and nothing has worked.
