    The current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live


    Hi I have just had to create a new gaming tag with a new email account as my son deleted dater from the xbox but it keeps saying I am not allowed to play on xbox live. I have just recently payed for Xbox live so not sure why it won't let me please help?

    If this is the account you're trying to play on, it doesn't show a gold subscription here. You may want to check
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows a subscription on your account.
