"the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live"

Hi, i'm able to get onto xbox live but when trying to play advanced warfare mp game, i keep getting "the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live" - my username is and when i click settings it shows my subscription is : Expires on: 11/4/2015

I just tried to play call of duty ghosts online and I'm getting a notice saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live"

I just bout gold membership for $59.99 and now when I try to get on multiplayer to play xbox live it says "the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live." Why is this?

First, have you tried re-downloading your profile to your console to see if that clears up the issue? Go to Social>Sign In or Out>Download Profile. Sometimes a simple refresh of your profile can straighten out those types of issues.

Second, is Advanced Warfare the only game that you are having an issue playing a Multiplayer game? If there's a game-specific suspension, you can post in the Activision Community Forums.

But, start out with the profile download, and check to see if you are having the issue with the multi-player mode in any other games. Let us know what you find out.
