    I currently have subscription xbox live gold 3 months but it is impossible to play in multiplayer.

    The following message is then displayed on the screen : "The current profile can not be played on xbox live"

    Redeemed free 14 day trail and now wont work

    on my sons xbox one , played cod3 for an hour fine . went to play it later says current profile not allowed to play on xbox live ........ Can anyone help ?

    I've played online before but now it's giving me a notice saying,"The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live." I don't comprehend why... Please help.

    And, yes, on my account I can play on line without issue.

    I've just bought mw2 for Xbox one. Installed it and all was fine until I went to play on line. It came up with pic below. The 3 steps it keeps saying on the trouble shoot page don't help. I have gold. It's not been renewed today and it's not been
    cancelled it's still active. We had to request a password hint and now security is going nuts. But it says that won't be sorted until next month!!

    Same thing happened to me xbox has the issue, not you. You have to contact them and ask them to reset your subscription. They can di it right through the chat feature. It worked after
