The Crew - Terrible Frame Rate, Unplayable

For the past three days, frame rates drop so frequently while playing The Crew that it is impossible to play. This started happening directly after I updated to the latest dash version on 9/18. This is also happening to friends both in the US and UK. Console
hard resets, alternate mac, modem and router resets, sign out/in - nothing fixes it. It runs OK for a little while, then it starts to freeze and chug at around 0-10 fps. Attached are two examples from the past few days. Fix this, please.

Horrendous frame rate across several backwards compatible titles

I'm having a terrible frame rate problem with Left 4 Dead 2 on the new XB1"S" system! Worked fine on my old system and maybe it's the new system update but 90% of the time the frame rate drops to unplayable levels during gameplay. I'm using the digital
version of the game.

On top of all this the FRAME RATE was absolutely terrible in some parts...

at least you can play the game! Mine is literally unplayable.

and not in the sense "this frame rate is so bad the game is unplayable." no literally the game won't load, items dissappear, zombies invisible, falling through the floor, black screen freeze etc, that kind of unplayable

This game's frame rate is definitely unacceptable. unplayable, not to mention the suckiness of the game itself, I was dissapointed wasn't an HD remake of the arcade(the REAL arcade). DO NOT BUY IT.
