The Crew Season Pass Incomplete

I'm not sure how to fix the size of the file problem but I was having that same problem of it freezing when i had the season pass downloaded. But after I cleared the system cache and move the season pass to another memory unit (at first I had the season
pass on the same memory unit as the game but then I separated the two. Put one on a usb drive and left the game one on my harddrive)and it works fine now.

 

what am i serpose to do with the season pass which i cant use its very frustrating i still cant use the update they put on hasent even done anything to fix it.

 

Have you tried clearing your cache and downloading the season pass to another memory unit as Lyrikal suggested? If it worked once, hopefully it could help you!

I've also come across a post on the game manufacturer's forums from one of their staff members. They say to make sure you have the game fully installed on your system before attempting to get any season pass content.

 

The game was already installed to my system but i cant properly install it like other games it dosent give me the option to do tht it lets me install disc 1 then lets me install disc 2 but when i try to install it properly on the dashboard it gives no option
to and i then try to download the season pass and it just does tht download issue and i have no other storage device and ive tried clearing my cache i have a usb but i cant install things straight to that but when i move the file it works fine but still says
56kb and nothing on it works its got no content even recognized on it.

 

I think the problem is the pass itself, cause to me is happening this ... I down the pass, it goes to the folder in HD along with the game and simply does not carry the benefits within the game ... I cleared cache , reinstalled the game again just downloaded
the pass and it does not appear in the game. Already opened a ticket at Ubisoft and it did not even bother to answer ... is there still pending .... now the R $ 49.00 was charged upon purchase .... but nothing Resolution

I have been having the same problems with my game. The season pass only downloads 56kb and I get the 2 bonus cars but nothing else. My game also freezes when the season pass is in the same save location as the game data.

HQ and see if you can see those vehicles that come with it, and post back your results!
