The Crew Season Pass Incomplete

I pre-ordered The Crew with season pass. The game works fine but when you try season pass it freezes the game at load. I as told by mark@ubisoftsupport to contact Microsoft about the season pass only downloading halfway. The pass is 108kb and it's only downloading
56kb. I tried to fix it ththrough clean cashe deleting marketplace etc but nothing works

Hi Mister Ohnaka. Episodes 4, 6, and 9 don't play. After the error message popped up on 4, I checked the other episodes. Everything else starts to play.

Have these download problems started within the past 8 hours or did they exist before? If this is a newer issue that started within that time, it's possible that it was related to the recent Xbox Live service disruption.

Try downloading the season pass now and let us know if it works this time! According to the Live Status page, the main issue should be fixed, so hopefully this will mean your download can go through unhindered this time!

Keep us updated! If you're still unable to download the season pass, let us know and I'm sure someone will reply with a helpful solution!

Still exist. It's been doing it ever since The Crew came out. I was thinking it after but I've downloaded games just fine. It's just that season pass doing it. Thanks Skunkboy74

While you're getting that information, let's try something a bit different. Try going to your
Purchase History here on the Xbox Website and clicking "Add to Queue" next to the season pass.

mine is doing the same thing every time i try to download it tthe season pass just says 56 kb on my hardrive but on the market place it says 108 kb ive tried everything to cure it and still does it is it a glitch on the xbox servers or ubisofts end?

 

could u please try and fix the issue cos i payed £20 for somthing i cant use

Are you receiving any error codes/messages when the download stops early, or does it tell you that it has downloaded fine?

Also, while you're getting that information, try the following steps:

•Delete the season pass from your console

•Clear your cache 3 times (see how to do this here)

•Restart your Xbox

•Go to your Purchase History here on the Xbox Website and click "Add to Queue" next to the season pass.

okay ive tried it but still does the same thing im having the same issue as the other guy at the top if i try to play the crew with this buggy season pass installed it freezes my console up but when the season pass isnt installed it works fine so im not
sure what is going on with the season pass on this system but needs to be sorted right away because im not impressed that i cant use something that i bought with my own money this needs fixing asap.

no error comes up just skips parts of the download file and says its complete but when i look at my hard rive its 56kb and on the marketplace its 108 kb is there some sort of glitch with the file?

 

I've been looking around for other reports of problems with this game.

•Do you have one of the Xbox consoles with the 4GB HDD?

•Is either the game or the season pass installed on any external storage?

From a post I've found on the Ubisoft forums (posted by an Ubisoft staff member), the game requires the data to be installed on Internal HDD only.

 

I have a xbox 360 e with 250 gb hardrive and both game and season pass are on the 250 gb hardrive i tried agin today and the season pass on my hardrive only says 56 kb when it should be 108kb
