The Crew only giving me option to start a trial.

Don't know if this is the right place for this but this morning a couple people including myself noticed that if you attempt to play The Crew which we all downloaded and installed sometime last month for Games With Gold. It is as if we do not own the game
anymore, upon starting it up it asks me to start my free trial or go to the store and buy the game. As I stated, I already own this game, have had it for about a month and have played it a few times without any issue. Now all of a sudden, the last day it is
available through GWG, I can't play it anymore. I really hope this is an error and not some kind of new Games With Gold model.

Game Trial Help

I am trying to buy the base game for destiny but it is only giving me the option for the free trial... I have recently downloaded the trial version for rise of iron. help would be nice!

 

One month trial

Paypal would be the only other way. You have to add a payment option to start the trial.

Yes, I have a live Xbox Gold membership. Like I said, this happened to me and several other people today. The likely hood of me and almost everyone I knows Gold expiring on the same day is like a million in one.

 

Hello, for me i 'm not able to download the crew during this day. (for your information i'm Gold Membership) Same result for the raimbow six vegas 2

 

I downloaded The Crew successfully, but after it was free, it told me that I don't own it... When I go into the store it says 'Owned' underneath but when pressed it says 'Buy £19.99' - My console is on the Preview Program

 

I headed to @XboxSupport on Twitter, they told me it was an error with the Preview Program, he also said if you owned the game you should be able to get it back in future, but if you deleted the game I don't think you can get progress back...

Blue xElectro got some useful stuff there. As for the progress you'll get them if you're always connected to live. It should automatically sync.
