    THE CREW CREDITS INVALID PURCHASE


    Someone has recently charged "the crew credits" on my account and it wasn't me and not from my Xbox, can i get those refunded please and as well i did not receive them, i believe my account has been on someone else's xbox, please look into it.

    invalid credit card number?

    Mine just says invalid credit card number under the field where you enter the credit card number.

    My payment can't be authorized

    Hi, this is the second time i've had this issue trying to buy Xbox Live points. I try and add the credit card and it tells me it's invalid even tho all the numbers and everything is correct. It's a prepaid credit card and it works if i want to purchase
    anything on any other online type of store just not Xbox.
