The Crew - Casual Gaming Group (16+)

Me and a friend created a group called The Crew. Basically a clan but not so serious and not so competitive. Here's a little info on us extracted from our site:

The Crew is a chill group of gamers who focus on team play, communication and having a good time.

We are looking for gamers who:

ACTIVE ON XBOX LIVE - The Crew aims to be active which allows members to play together frequently.

COMMUNICATE - We encourage callouts and helpful communication during games.

TEAM PLAYER - Working as a team and not a group of solos sets us apart from randoms.

CHAT OUTSIDE OF XBOX - Not only a good way to organise when we are all going to be on, chatting will allow us to not only be teammates but friends on the battlefield.

Games we currently play are Overwatch,
Battlefield 4 and Rainbow Six Siege.

Our 2 main group types are

The Imperial Army (I.A. Group) A structured group of gamers who meet at least twice a week, conduct regular training and tactics sessions, and who may or may not participate in competitive matches.

The Republican Army (R.A. Group) A casual group, where members prefer to socialize and game together regularly, but not necessarily in a competitive fashion.

Our competitive groups actively participate in all major competitive gaming sites (MLG, Gamebattles, Fragged Nation, among others).

Must be mature (16+) with a working headset
