Owning a game disk has nothing to do with a power cycle. Try fully shutting down the console and unplugging from the power (original Xbox one, from wall socket and back of Xbox) for 60 seconds. Plug back in and power up. If it still happens and
only with that game, reach out to the developer.

I see. That means that the purchase for The Crew 2 is not under that account. You may need to locate the account where it was purchased. If you used a credit card to purchase this game, you can follow the steps below to locate it:

1. Sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

2. Under "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?", click Investigate. (Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.)

4. A pop-up window will appear on the right pane. Select the card where the charge is occurring. If the card is not listed, you can add the card where the charge is coming from. This will display all transactions made with this payment method, including those from another user on their own account. Locate and click on the transaction that matches the amount on your card for this game to view more details.

5. If the transaction is linked to a different account, you will see a partially censored email address. Figure out that email and use that to sign in to your Xbox.
