The Crew 2 Installation arrêtée à 98% [The Crew 2 Installation stopped at 98%

Avant-hier il y a eu une Mise jour de The Crew 2, sur ma console l'installation c'est arrêtée 6,77Go sur les 7Go qu'il y avait, j'ai donc voulu réinstaller le jeu entièrement (j'en suis la 4ème tentative), chaque fois l'installation s'arrête 98%
et c'est le seul jeu qui me pose ce problème.

Edit : J'ai oublier de préciser, quand je désinstalle The Crew 2 et que je redémarre entièrement ma console, le jeu est encore installer et quand je le lance, cela me dit qu'il est corrompu, j'ai également le code d'erreur 0x80070570.

Edit 2 : Je pense que mon disque dur externe un problème car les premières fois j'ai essayer de le réinstallé dessus et l , j'ai décidé de l'installer sur l'interne et il s'est installé.

Edit: I forget to specify, when I uninstall the Crew 2 and as I reboot completely my console, the game is still install and when I run it, it tells me it is corrupt, I also have the error code 0x80070570]

I'm on Xbox One, where is the MAC address ?

If it's digital try uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games and the MAC address before installing again.

If it's a disc make sure it's not scratched or damaged.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

From my understanding you are trying to install The Crew 2 on an Xbox One, however, you receive the error code 0x80070570. When I look up that error code it states the error occurs when downloading content from Xbox Live on Xbox 360. I know this game is
not backward compatible and it stays installed even after you installed and rebooted the console which leads me to believe it might be a software issue. If you continue to have issues after trying what choppy suggested then
I would suggest trying
a
Soft Factory Reset. This will
keep your games and apps but correct the software.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

it does when first installing but the update was small and just froze at 98%and took a good 35 mins for 2% that being said it might be a nat issue
