The crew 2 digital download no sound

last night I downloaded the crew 2 Digital Copy off the Xbox store after the download was complete I started the game up until the point of the cutscene the game was working perfectly it soon as it got to the main menu and I clicked on new game all sound
for the game was gone completely silent contacted XBox support last night they told me to do a factory reset on my Xbox also to reinstall the game came down this morning to the game being reinstalled does exactly the same problem any help would be welcome

You don't. In the post right above yours it clearly says "The Crew is currently not available for digital download on the Xbox 360." There is no download.

Also, don't bump a post from over 5 months ago.

try power cycling the console, you can do this by turning it off, unplugging it, waiting a minute, plugging it back in and turning it on again. if that doesn't work try to reach ubisoft support for more help.

Try another profile, If the another one works it's because there is a problem with your profile, You can delete the data from your console and see If It Works, If does not You probably Will have to unistall the game
