Hey i have buy the crew 1 for 15$ in the sale i played it a few hours long and then its started to break i couldn't buy cars upgrade them or couldn't go in The HQ i tried everything to fix it and made it worse when I try to start it i get stuck in a infinite
black loading screen like before by the car shop and that i tried everything to fix it but it won't work i tried to play it on a different account strange enough that it worked ther but not on my acc can someone help me i have a game clip text me on Xbox at

Try hard resetting your console! you can do this by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10-15 seconds.

Yes I've done everything and it still persists only on the Xbox one. The issue is that you constantly get a black loading screen whether if you're hosting, trying to join and play with friends or switching over to theater lobby.

Im having the same problem my mom got me the crew for Christmas in have been askin for it since november when ever I start the game and it is loading the ford raptor pops up and then I hear my xbox guide come on then the screen goes black
