I see that my account is suspended

That, following badly intentioned players, who does not digest the defeat

I contact the technical support and explain the situation

And a few hours later, my account is definitely closed

Hello j service ' would like to have the details of my suspension which took place on 29 August this account was involved in fraudulent activity, for example: illegal acquisition of licenses or codes of content, malicious dissemination of credentials of

Sounds like you may have a console privilege suspension.

If your main account is suspended then using a secondary account to avoid suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

A console privilege suspension is issued to stop you from doing this.

Any account on that console,old or new,will have the same restrictions as the suspended account.

You need to call support to turn off auto renewal. As for taking a card off the account you have to wait until the account reverts to silver.

In regards to the amount owing, odds are that your purchasing privileges on that account have been suspended until you pay off the amount.
