I HAVE A PROBLEM

I changed i code for three months of xbox live gold in june 19, i got the permission for play multiplayer, but when i try to open a game of which xbox gives free, it get me out and tell me that i don't have the subscription of gold, but in the settings
appears that i am subscribed. what should i do?

Yesterday I saw a sale for xbox live gold subscription that it said 3 different sales for me to choose.

1. Buy xbox live gold for 1 month and we'll give you 50% off

2. Buy xbox live gold for 3 months and we'll give you a month free

3. Buy xbox live gold for a year and we'll send you Rainbow Six Siege

I bought xbox live gold 12 month and the thing is that I still do not have the game. I don't know if I have to wait a couple of days to them to send me the game code or I have to do something apart from buying the gold subscription.

They should be able to tell you if there are still payments that are open.

If not, they should also be able to tell you what the problem is.

Every new console has one free month of gold available for up to 3 gamertags. In order to get the gold you have to create a new account on the console. During the account creation it asks if you want to Join Live. Say yes and it lists the options for buying
a gold membership. Choose Upgrade Later and it should give you the free month.

To get the free month you have to create a brand new account on the console. When it asks if you want to join live, choose yes and it gives you the options for buying gold. Choose upgrade later and it gives you the free trial if it is available.

Here's how the process works.

1) Create a brand new account on the console.

2) Choose to join live.

3) It will give you the offers for pricing on Gold. Choose no, don't want to buy Gold.

4) It will then give you the offer for one free month, but only if the console has not given this offer 3 times already.

5) Credit Card info will be required, even when not used for billing you.

xbox did give me the message the my gold is expiring next month but i don't think that should affect me buying games
