    Hi, my pc had a blue screen while playing Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix+. It's the first time it has happened while playing that game, and I did longer versions on the past with more apps running in the background. This time I just was streaming the game to my friends on Discord but other times, while streaming, I also had Opera and File Explorer opened.

    Apparently I also have been getting some alerts too, almost all the time due to the same thing but I have no idea what it means lol.

    Apart from Event 10016, the other error messages are related to hardware, but Event 10016 doesn't have much to do with the issue you encountered. "cplspcon" is usually a process associated with Intel motherboards. Are you using an Intel motherboard? It's possible that there is an issue with your motherboard.



    You mentioned that you encountered the problem while live streaming, which can consume a lot of hardware resources. Do you experience this issue when you're not live streaming? If you don't, then the problem may not be too severe. In the future, try to avoid running too many programs while live streaming. However, if you still encounter similar errors even without live streaming, I recommend taking your computer for repairs.

    • Looks like error 0x0000010e indicates that the video memory manager has encountered a condition that it is unable to recover from.
    • There are numerous fixes but mainly checking your windows is update to date tends to enable the fix, this includes running Optional updates
