    The "community goal" was reached, but I did not receive my rewards for my "power bingos".


    Where are my "reward keys" for the power bingos achieved? The "community goals" have been reached.

    Power Card Community Goal Reached No Reward Granted

    The Power Card clearly indicates that, "You'll receive your reward once the Community Goal is reached."

    I recently earned enough power bingos to be eligible to receive the highest reward level available (100 Keys). However, when the Community Goal was reached, I received nothing except a reset to zero power bingos and a new Community Goal. I feel completely
    cheated.

    Hi, so I've been playing this Bingo game for a few weeks now and I really like it but I have a problem. On my power card it says that I will receive my reward once the community goal is reached. Yesterday I got all of the power bingos needed to reach 100
    keys and my community goal was reached yet I did not get the reward. Please explain to me what I am doing wrong or how do I claim my reward. Thanks

    One Mad Bingo Player

    It was confusing to me the first time I played the Power Bingo Community card too. You will get your payout when the community goal is achieved. Right now I am in Italy (Destination), and the indicator bar shows 17920/19465. That means I will get a payout
    when 1545 more Power bingos have happened.

    By the way, if you have made it all the way to the 100 on the graphic you will receive 155 keys when the community target goal is reached!

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    It doesn't. The reward has already been sent to people who completed it. I completed it, but did not receive my reward. So, I'll ask again, how do I get my reward?

    Community goal reached - no rewards!!! AGAIN

    Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!
