    The coin totaler in MS Mahjong $Premium edition$ froze at 17,450 on Fri 11/18


    Once again this month, the coin totaler in MS Mahjong (Premium edition) froze at 17,450 on Fri 11/18 and won't continue to add coins as they are won.

    M/S MahJong daily tally at bottom freezes @ about 18K.

    Each month since I downloaded the Windows 10 version of M/S MahJong Premium edition, the tally at the bottom freezes on or about the 18th of the month at around 18,000 pts. Each 1st of the month, I uninstall and reinstall the game hoping the "bug" has been
    fixed, but to no avail. Here are the details:

    Microsoft Jigsaw not syncing correctly across different devices

    I have the premium version of Microsoft Jigsaw and play daily on different Windows 10 Version 1703 PC machines and am signed in with my xbox account () but the coin totals, the solved puzzles and the daily puzzles are
    not the same. How can I sync (re-sync) on the different machines? This function works fine on these machines for Solitaire, Soduku, Mahjong and Minesweeper, but not for Jigsaw. I had tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't work.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem. The things that upsets me the most is that my account is being debited the coins and I am not getting the puzzles. I have no problems with MS Mahjong os MS Solitaire.

    theres bronze/silver/gold and a promo pack where you can buy a pack that has 11 silver players in it. gold premium packs cost 7000 coins or 96 MS points(20% more if you dont have EA season ticket) , regular gold packs cost 5000 coins or like 70 ms points,
    silver and bronze are obviously cheaper, I dont remember exactly how much they are cuz ive never bought anything besides gold

    Solitaire Premium problems

    I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
    but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    Thank you, It doesn't make sense then to upgrade to the premium edition, to get more coins, since they are worthless. Thanks again for responding to my questions.
