    Not even an hour ago I purchased a $20 XBox Live code from GameStop's website.

    Upon entering the code, I was told that there was an error and to try again.

    Five minutes ago I tried again, but now I'm being told the code has been redeemed, yet I do not have $20 in my account.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    As of right now, here is the situation.

    - The code I purchased still says it has been redeemed.

    - The game I originally was going to purchase (Mega Man 10), I have been charged for, and the amount has been taken off of my debit card.

    - When I look at my account, however, I see this

    5/14/2014 MEGA MAN 10 -$10.71

    Yeah same here. I redeemed my code through xbox.com and the beta didn't download to my system. If I try and redeem the code again through the system it says the code was already used, but it's also not showing up in my recent tranaction history?
