    The code for gears of war2 i received is already redeemed.


    I received 4 codes for gears of war, 2, 3 and judgement. All woking except for gears of war 2, i get an error saying it's already redeemed.

    Gears of War code from Gears of War 4 purchase not working

    I purchased Gears of War 4 and received codes for the first four games from Xbox Live. The codes for Gears of War 2, 3 and Judgement all worked but the code for the first game says it is already redeemed?

    Hey there, Versingerix! What region are you located in? Some of these games are not available for download in certain regions, so we will want to double check that.

    Be sure your console is set to your physical location, too. If it already is, please try changing that region to something else and then changing it back to your current region. We've seen this push games to show up in the Ready to install screen. Let us

    location. We have seen that work for users having issues with backwards compatible games. Let us know if that works for you!
