The child tried to erase a layer the hiding download code of the game Plants vs Zombies (complete with the bought Xbox360), and damaged a code, it isn't possible to read part of symbols. How it is possible to restore this code? There is a check, there is
a game card.

I bought a full card of the game tomb raider, the stripe is with very strong glue and cut it damaged the number, and I can not download the game.

How should precede to retrieve the code?

Digital downloads after factory reset

hi, I am selling an Xbox one to get an Xbox one s. I must first restore to factory settings. This will erase all games. Can I bring a digital copy of a game from the old console to the new one, even though I don't have a download code.

Other than seeing if you can return it to the store to see if they'll exchange it you could try contacting phone support and give them the card information. There's no guarantee but it's possible that they may replace the code.

Just to add on to onyx62is excellent reply - There are usually another set of numbers printed somewhere on the card. The number acts like a check sum.

You should call Xbox support and explains the issue and then quote them the numbers, they can use the number to help you recover the missing characters.

The card is located under the protective layer of the two codes: the first on the game, the second on extra content. When I washed the protective layer, I saw one code and immediately brought him, and nothing to download, but then I erased all of the protective
layer, and there found a second code to download the game

Hi. I've had a similar problem with yours. I can not believe you scratched the code so deeply to damage it (probably it did with a coin). When removed with coins the protective cover of the code leaves
residues that make the same look erased (damaged). Try to pass an eraser to pencil on the same that should make it much more visible.
