    Laws are different in different regions. Enough so that you can't just bring your profile information with at the same level of access.

    Hello,

    You will need to contact phone support to find out why you're not able to change your account region.

    Please do remember that you're only able to change your account region every 3 months. If it hasn't been a full 3 months yet then you will not be able to change your region.
