The CD key is not working

Hello,

i bought a Cd key for "Supreme Command" for the Xbox one on the site "cdkeys.zendesk.com".

Unfortunately, this did not work. The support on the site means that I should contact you.

CD Key not working/already used, can't access game, SFIV:AE

Wow, the support here is really bad. I paid for a working CD Key and my CD key doesn't work.

 

Fable 3 CD Key

I installed the game on my old computer using my CD Key on Steam. I sent Steam Support an e-mail and they redirected me to here. I tried to use the CD Key on my new computer and it's not working. I wanted to know how I would go about getting another CD Key
or being able to make this one work.

My steam account is swalwell23 and I'm using windows 8

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
