    The Callback Service Not Working


    I asked for a callback and was quoted at them ringing back in under a minute at 13:50. It is now 19:30 and I’ve not heard anything, and have been locked out of my Xbox because of an issue from them.

    Honestly so mad right now and don’t know what to do, lost all my games and all my data, and it could be sorted in a 5 minute phone call.
