Recently I bought The Bureau, there is a code "CodeBreaker" inside and I found a error after the redeem confirmation screem:

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Sorry to hear it. The error code listed in your pic (80153005) suggests that the item is no longer available for offer.

In this case, since the game was released in 2013 the card offer you used has probably expired. Sorry but there is nothing that can be done for this.

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified and a pre-order Codebreakers bonus thing is a fiver at Game new. worth a punt for that price.

Saying it will take 24 or 48 hours is a Lie when it sends a confirmation code to your texting number almost instantly. It seems that this promotion might be just a scam to collect emails and numbers just for marketing, with out the promised prize . If nothing happens in the next 48 hours the FTC will be contacted.
