    Dear Community,

    I bought an original Microsoft xboxone controller and after one week the buttons start to jam or stick.

    I tried to register my controller to get support but even the S/N is not possible to input.

    What can I do? We were in holiday so that the date of purchase is just too long in the past and I cannot send the controller back.

    Hey everyone. at first sorry for my bad english the Bottons of the xboxone controller are sticky :D

    I use a xboxone controller on my windows10 pc. With the old Xbox360 Controller i just had to push the "Xbox" botton in the middle and it shows the status of my battery. is this also possible for xbox one controller? didnt find it :/

    hi! Trying to update my Xboxone (firstgen) to the new version (3,5gb download) but seems ther's a problem. I've already tried the trick (leftside botton+eject+power) of resrtting the console to fabric default, but never work. Plz help

    I would advise to contact Xbox Support, as far as I know they should be able to set up a repair/replacement.

    No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

    Yes I even tried using a wireless controller . I have no PC. and other xbox I even updated my wireless controller. I even looked for system updates. I did a controller test and it said that some bottons might not work till the next update

    Have you tried rebooting your system? Turn the xbox of manualy and hole the power botton down for ten-twenty seconds then manualy resart your box. Or hold down the power X botton at top of the controller choose restart xbox. Restall game after system has
    rebooted. This action should work.

    Make sure system updates for games is set to on, and also be sure that there's enough space on your hard drive.
