All of the articles and coverage I’ve seen have gotten me super excited for Flight Simulator, I’m hopeful it’ll be on GamePass - regardless I’ll be checking it out.

For as much flack as people give Bing, it’s actually a really respectable search engine, and the engineering teams behind Bing Maps, Search, Image Search, etc have done amazing work. Google having monopoly is in no one’s best interest, anything that Bing
does which brings competition to the Maps and Search Engine market is good news for everyone - especially gamers with how they’ve integrated Map data into Flight Simulator.

There’s no way any amount of people could by hand put this much detail into a fully realized full scale game world of the whole planet, I suspect we’ll see more use of this sort of technology in the future, and it’s super exciting.

I loved the old game and I'm waiting for the final version of this new version, the challenge is great but I believe they are making a lot of things the right way, at least in their intentions.

Thanks a lot for your report and comparison between the game and the real thing, that's something I'd love to do too, and if you were so impressed there, it means it is going to be a pleasure to play.
