The Best Game Of This Generation Has Arrived

Wow! I actually pre-ordered this game! Although I have to admit that at first I thought this thread was about
#IDARB.

 

^^ I thought it was about Sunset Overdrive lol. Seriously tho, this game has been getting good reviews across the board. I will be playing this next week!

 

getting it myself tomorrow, don't usually go for superhero stuff but I do enjoy the batman games

 

My copy came yesterday, only played like a couple of hours but I'm really loving it so far. The Batmobile is so cool, I will never get bored of gliding down from a building and at the same time calling for my Batmobile and jumping straight in. Feel proper

I haven't enjoyed any games for over 2 years now, but finally I have a game I can get into.

 

I have Arkham Knight installed and waiting, I have played them all,and they're good, Origins was a bit different, but having another developer I expected as much.

 

The Witcher 3 is that game in my opinion. I've read that Batman doesn't even touch TW3 in regards to storytelling, acting, choices, world size etc. The Witcher 3 doesn't push driving sections that last way to long either.

 

@Dwood: You haven't enjoyed any game in 2 years? That's crazy! I thought you at least liked TR.

I won't be getting AK myself. I just started Sunset Overdrive and getting Xenoverse first thing in July = happy gamer.

 

I really liked Tomb Raider but that's 2 years ago I think, last game I proper enjoyed was GTA5 on the 360. Every game I bought since I've struggled to get into, not into gaming as much as I used to be.

 

Gamespot gave it a 7/10 and the Internet broke. Gamers are a fickle bunch.

 

I'm banned from buying new games for a while so this is unfortunately going to have to wait.

Though I might end up waiting for the GOTY edition so I don't have to pay $40 for that dlc.

 

Batman will never be my game of this generation as I'm not into the Batman games. The game I have my eye set on doesn't come out until sometime next year.

 

It's a Batman game, this can't be the best of this Gen on that basis.

There was another review I saw on Twitter ( not from a site I've seen before but it was an interesting read ) that scored the game 6.5/10. The comments section after, well I swear some gamers were crying and one or two I would have recommended getting medical
help

 

I don't pay any attention to reviewers, I know it's a cliché but it's just their opinion. You either listen to it or not, but there's no point taking it personal or serious.

I've been playing this for 3 days now and absolutely loving it, if you enjoyed the first 3 then I am sure you'll like this, in my opinion as good as the other games were, this is better then all 3 of them combined.

 

Hope it good. Looking forward to playing it sometime in the future.
