THE BATTERY OF MY WIRELESS CONTROLLER FOR XBOX ONE DOESNT WORK

I use rechargeable myself and 16 hours of actual use is about what I get before I have to swap to a new charged set. Things that might help you save batteries is turning off the vibration feature in the game. I have it turned off on some games because some
games just use to much of the vibration feature.

It is hard to say really as different games will drain your batteries differently. For example, I have noticed my controllers run out of juice quicker when I am playing Forza Horizon as it constantly vibrates when I am drifting etc. That could be the reason.

I would suggest maybe giving the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit a try. It saves on batteries, works a treat and could solve the battery issue.

Exactly this. Certain games will drain at dfferent rates.

Could be a hardware issue, You can use a USB cable to charge. You can contact Microsoft Support for more help.
