    The Batman Arkham Origins Disc is not being read by my Xbox One X


    I have the Batman Arkham Origins disc 1 and am trying to play it on my Xbox One X. My Xbox does not read the disc and the game will not launch. I have tried other discs which work with no issues. I have performed a power cycle on my Xbox as well. I
    know the game is still on the backwards compatibility list so I am confused as to what could be the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I see that you performed the power cycle.. could you let us know how you did the power cycle?

    I just had this happen when I put my Destiny disc back in for the first time in a while and I had to press and hold my power button down for 10-15 seconds, then power it back on. It worked with several other discs as well. After the full power cycle/reboot
    I was able to run from the Destiny disc again.

    That is certainly strange, especially since the game is backwards compatible. Does the disc work on other Xbox One X's? I would like to think its the disc itself but can't be 100% sure.
