The banning on xbox live is broken and unfair

The Xbox live bans are broken, you don't even get a say or to defend your self in these cases. I've had my Xbox live for four years and never once was I banned from Januray 18 2017 to February 1st or 2nd, for god knows what, all it said on my email was banned
from communications. Like what and now as I write this now I've been banned till March 28th, would you like to guess what it said, communications ban. First off I haven't used my mic to talk anyone else other then my girlfriend and a few friends in the past
3 to 4 weeks and messaged one other after a For Honor match. So why am I banned? Well that's what I want to find out, so maybe you guys have the same problems and could get this around cause I've just abou had it with Xbox. My Gamertag is ,
and yes I know butt I spelt wrong, but if an Xbox live service member sees this could receive a message through Xbox live and an email to my mircosoft account so we can possibly discuss this matter. Thank you.

Unfair banning

Yep, don't respond to people who send you messages, just report and block and move on. If you "fight fire with fire" it usually ends up with you getting banned.

I know its wrong, but that's the way it is I'm afraid.

I had a similar situation the other day, playing BF1 I was on a pom pom shooting planes (purely because I'm not great at taking flags, but I can at least help by killing bombers etc) this bloke starts sending me texts saying I'm a noob and have no skill
and I should get off the pom pom and help "the cause".

This same bloke then jumps in front of the pom pom so I cant use it.

I could have responded and mouthed off, but the best thing is block and report.
