    I thought the release date was today? Loads of sites are saying it's out and playable but it is listed as unavailable on the UK store? What gives? Was going to be a day one purchase for me.

    Sorry to hear your having issues. Just to make sure the current games with gold offers is Banner
    Saga 2    . If your son the first Banner Saga it
    would cost £15.99. If that is not the case I would recommencement Xbox Support Chat, they will be able
    to look into the issue further. I hope this helps.

    My son Purchased Banner saga under games with gold. I have a gold membership. When I purchased it said it is charging me £15.99.

    Can you explain why I have been charged for this when it is free with gold
