    The ban was gone but the effects are still there


    So I got banned on my Xbox One for two weeks and it recently ended on 1/7/18... Except the effects didn't leave. I says I have no enforcements on me, yet I still can not talk, text, or play multiplayer. I have tried hard resetting, unplugging the power for
    10 seconds, change privacy settings, and tried contacting them but they just tell me to go to the enforcement website. Also, it is funny how I still have to pay for their horrible services even though it is being so restrictive. I just want to talk to my friends
    again and play multiplayer when the date says I can. I don't want to be lied to about the date of my suspension being lifted. I am so sick of Xbox and their restrictive rules.

    Achievements Are gone,but the history is still there

    I recently deleted my profile, and then re-downloaded it. I just deleted my profile and nothing else. had over 20,000 gamer points and they are all gone. All of my progress is on my hard drive, but every time I try to play a game it starts brand new. Achievements
    I have already Achieved are popping up again. So basically the progress is there but my Xbox 360 will not recognize it, so I'm starting all over again.

    That is very odd behaviour. Was your console connected to Live when you originally earned those achievements?

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Hi Kyle,

    Can you check and see if you're able to send messages via Xbox.com or by using the Xbox App (Windows 10, iOS, or Android). Also, can you provide the error code that you receive when you attempt to send messages or party invites please.

    If you downloaded it on that Xbox and your original account is still on the hard drive. It still should work unless you account was banned or suspended then its gone forever. Your original account should be silver not gone.
