The badge on my profile containing the number of years is gone.

Hello. My name is Sam. My gamertag is . I have been an Xbox Live Gold member for the past 5-6 years. I renewed my membership last month, and ever since then, the badge on my profile that states the number of years I have been an Xbox Live Gold
member is gone. I have spoken to 4 Xbox Live Support personnel but got no results. The last person i spoke with referred me to this post and told me to include this service order number: [Mod Removed]





I know this issue sounds lame, but it really does mean a lot to me and I hope you can get it sorted out soon. Thank you for your cooperation.

The number of years to the right of my gamertag on my profile has disappeared, I was curious how long I've been on now and I went to look the other day and noticed it was missing, thought maybe for some reason i couldn't see it myself anymore but my fiance
just checked and the number of years I've been a member isn't showing for him either, though his is still visible and so are our friends. I looked and saw that other people on here are having the same issue too it seems, hope we get this fixed soon, I miss

The only way I know this happens is if you let your Gold run out before renewing it. Did you renew your membership before it ran out, or after?

 

I renewed it about 3 hours after it ran out. I had friends who had their membership run out for months, but once they renewed, they got their badge back.

 

Are you an Xbox preview member? Every update that gets released makes my 7 year tenure dissappear. Literally every month mine dissappear and then comes back within a week. Just wanted to make you aware that preview program causes issues with tenure
