    hi I've never done this before but I am fed up with the service that we get in Australia . I pay good money for things that I can't use because gold is "down". They take the money and don't provide the service. I don't believe it is right for them to do
    nothing to improve the service and have no form of compensation for the bad service that exists. I will personally start a lawsuit on the behalf of au users if this continues. I am very disappointed with the service and how they choose to ignore complaints

    We want a lower price in Europe as in USA

    If you think thats bad, Australia pre-orders for the console is AU$899 and in New Zealand NZ$999 I checked with mainstream AU and NZ retailers. And in Australia and New Zealand we don't get a lot of the stuff which is available in the US/UK... like Netflix
    and Community Game for example.

    I am so frustrated. I have just spent the better part of 4 hours trying to sort out an issue I'm having with our new Xbox One. Our family just signed up 3 accounts. One for me (adult), one for my 2 sons (9&10). To cut a long story short, we have redeemed
    $50 worth of Xbox currency in the 9 year olds account. We cannot download any games as he is only 9. Originally I thought it was anything above G rated games, but now we can't even download G rated games as it is restricted for teens and children. Not only
    this, the currency can't be transferred to my adult account. No one at Xbox will help us or offer to give us our $50 back. I am now going to make a complaint to consumer affairs. Xbox has allowed us to spend $50 but will not allow us to use the $50 to purchase
    anything due to the age of the account holder. If this is the case, surely they should not allow child accounts to redeem Xbox currency or at least give you a warning that games will not be allowed to be downloaded due to the age of the account holder. I
    would understand if this was an error in the development, but when no one choses to fix the error or reimburse the funds surely it is illegal! I will definitely be taking this further!!!!

  6. Add the "support" services they offer to the list of problems. It's pretty clear that they want to just sweep any and all issues under the rug and pretend like all is good in Xbox Live Land.

    It's WAY past time that [Mod Removed - Profanity] and owned up to the fact that the Xbox One is still riddled with bugs, glitches and problems over A YEAR AFTER THE CONSOLE WAS RELEASED.

    I can't remember the last time I turned my One on and didn't have some issue to deal with, from party chat problems to the Live service being down, to controllers and headsets that only work when they feel like it to an external hard drive full of games
    that was wiped by a console update...these are all known issues that Microsoft either straight up ignore or pretend don't exist.

    Add to these continuing problems the increasing unreliability of the Xbox Live service and we have a situation where Microsoft are going to destroy their own business with their incompetence.

    PAY ATTENTION MICROSOFT, THESE ANGRY PEOPLE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS, THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR WAGES...IF WE ALL LEAVE YOU HAVE NO JOBS.

    just sign up to 3 month gold member, and I change phone number that link to account. then I have to wait 30 days for security period. contact live chat, the guy said my member still counting, which mean I lost 1 month for nothing, and they can't do anything
    about it. is this mean security measure or BIG RIPOFF???. is this the meaning of buying legal software and hardware.

    It's got nothing to do with Australia. If you read posts from around the world everyone is having problems with Xbox one connections. Apparently the Xbox company is doing work on their servers or whatever but this is happening all the time. I'm pretty sure
    everyone is fed up with this crap! We don't even get a response to all our comments we've put out. It's just too bad Xbox is down nothing we can do about it but wait for it to come back on.
