The audio jack on my standard control failed

Hello

After a few months I got my xbox s console, it was working well with no issues.

Then the audio jack from the control just stop working, now I cannot hear nor speak trhough the headset I used to use with the control

I have tried with many other headseat and they work in every where but in the standard control

Also, I have tried to open a warranty service but seems the system does´t recognize de control PIN number. It redirects me to contact Microsoft support and the here.

How can I fix the problem?

What do I need to do to get a replacement, te console still under warranty

I recommend taking it to technical service as soon as possible.
I already lived an experience like that

Hey there Israel,

To set up a repair you always have the option to go through the
Device Support website to set up the service. If you do have trouble going through that page, then Go ahead and Go through the
Contact Us page. You will select the category (Xbox One) pick the topic and select "Show contact Options. You should be able to find the option to Request a callback.

The automated system does not show me the phone number

they are the same as the standard xbox one s controllers, so with pc you can use via bluetooth(audio through headphone jack not supported)

or wired(supports audio via headphone jack)
