Seems from all of the posts as well as all of my experience, that the ads are causing all the issues.

My thoughts are that it is Microsoft's way of forcing us to pay for the "Premium" application. Nothing like them extorting money from those of us that thought a free app meant that it was actually free with some ads. . . .

junk, juunk, junk

This is just my feeling of what apparently Microsoft thinks of the easy, medium, hard, etch of the various problems listed daily. after many years of playing spider solitaire and daily challenges, and the daily problems with my crappy Surface pro 4, lack
of support by Microsoft and the daily problems with changes to Windows 10, I need to go back to the company where I got my first computer, a Mac, which has a more stable operating system. My step-son worked for Microsoft for over 10 years as a manager on
the east coast. after he left Microsoft, he started using Apple and said he would never go back. Being 75 years old, I have to find something that works better. I probably have 10 computers in my house, only 2 iPad, so that is a start.

This thing is junk.

There is very little from Microsoft that isn't total garbage lately. Right down to the 3 different options to select "Xbox One" as the forum on this ghetto website, to the shift of using an online parental control for child accounts that doesn't work or
update quickly, to yes.... this pathetic excuse for a gaming system I bought because my son wanted it, against my better judgement of getting a PS4. 3 weeks in to ownership, and I've already had to reinstall the operating system due to the black screen of
death, deal with countless bugs in games such as battlefield one where the UI goes completely black, and now the latest nonsense of it not being able to connect to a wireless network that everything in the house is on successfully, and was working on the xbox
one fine for weeks. Why anyone would want to own this POS is beyond me, but for those of you who want one, you'll be seeing an extra restock the shelves tomorrow morning when I take this garbage back. It is no wonder Sony is smoking Microsoft in sales, and
after the last 2 computers I've bought, I am left now wishing they did operating systems too. Microsoft.. please go away.

I would highly recommend getting the Xbox Elite controller if you play FPS games or play for extended periods of time.
