    If it is the Ambassador Reward, there has been an update and the rewards mega thread is moving to the Discord server. If you're not already in the server, you can find the link in the Community section of the Ambassador website. Most likely you have just
    reach bronze tier and will get a badge on your profile on the Ambassador site.

    Otherwise, you would need to complete the forum quizzes listed on the Missions page in order to access the Ambassador forum as Ambassador issues are not supposed to be discussed in the rest of the forum.

    missions completed for the ambassador program are not run by the reward program. You will want to post your issue in the Ambassador help forum.

    No, that's not normal. You'll need to use the report a bug option at the very bottom of the Ambassador site.

    Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, try another browser, or try private browsing. If you still have issues, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
