The Amazing Spiderman Xbox 360 crashing

I ask because the game have been removed from the Xbox marketplace from a long time. I think it is very difficult to find original discs for this game and the ones you find are usually used discs. This would explain why two discs for the same game showed errors. Either the discs were already used and were damaged or they are not original discs and have corrupted game files.

i bought the game the first time and since it didn’t work i assumed that the disc was broken so i returned it and got another, but this disc didnt work either and crashed everytime i tried to get past the main menu. I cleared the cache in all of the storage but that only allowed me to get up to the second or third mission and would say the same thing, that the “disc is dirty or damaged”

That's why I asked this. If you were trying to play it on the Xbox One or Series consoles it would not work. Do you still have the 2 discs for the game? Both give you the same issue?
