The Amazing Spiderman 2 won't load after I press start

So I just downloaded The Amazing Spiderman 2, but I can't play it. The game loads up fine. It gets to the start up screen and everything, but when I press start, it stays there. The thing that says press start goes away, but nothing else happens. It just
keeps cycling through the background cinematic thing. I've tried power cycling, so that's fine. I'm reinstalling it now to see if that works, but incase it doesn't, are there any suggestions?

Amazing Spiderman 2 came out this morning....

So the reinstall didn't work. I'm out of ideas. I payed sixty dollars for this game, it should work.

 

Here is what's happening. I press start, the option to press start goes away, and nothing happens.

 

I contacted Microsoft, and they said that the reason I can't play it is because it isn't released for Xbox One yet. How could they have people as ignorant as this on customer support?!

 

G'day JOSHOUSSSSSSKI! Sorry to hear about the start screen troubles. Let's try a

power cycle to see if that helps. While the console is on, hold its power button for 5-10 seconds (don't turn off by voice or controller). The console will completely shut down. Let it sit like this for a full 30 seconds or more, and then turn it back on.
Try the game again and let us know how it goes.

If it still doesn't start, please let us know what else you've tried so we don't ask you to repeat anythigng!

 

My install gets stuck at 32%
