Amazing Spiderman 2 came out this morning....

 

Hmmm.... so another instance of whining crying complaining and ripping the xb1 for no reason.

This is becoming like the right wing media.

 

It's not launching on 4/29 as a tie-in to the movie. Launching it two months late is a bit of a concern.

 

Oh boy. What a mess. Maybe they can give the bluray for free or something. or I think it would sell worse than any game. But it would be fun now. I actually like batman games better anyways

 

It comes out on my birthday! Yay. How was the first game? I was thinking about playing it. I loved the movie and can't for the second one to come out. Dat Emma Stone doe.

 

by the time it releases on X1 I'll have already gotten it on PC, played and beaten it. At least X1 only users will eventually have it though.

 

Nothing personal against the game, but I've never owned a Spider-Man game, so I'm not likely to start now.

I was looking forward to this game but it wasn't a "must have" title so if that date is true there will be too many other games at the time that I will be playing.

Mind you, it would be a game I'd pick up if we hit that quiet period of games being released and no doubt by that time it will be a lot cheaper

 

did anyone find out why it was pulled... Something about the MS Certification was not correct... or they found a massive bug in the game after it went gold and had to re-code something... from scratch..

 

^ I've been having a read on Twitter but it's the same as before, many different opinions/reasons why it was delayed/canned.

One of Eurogamers writers said, he has talked with insiders ( whoever that might be lol ) and it was something to do with Certification, again though, not 100% confirmed.

 

Although bad, I'm glad to hear that it may have been due to a certification/bug issue. It will help subdue all of those who were saying it was for "graphical reasons" LOL!

The lateness of the game is a bit of a downer though. If it comes after the movie. Not that it will effect whether I get it or not because I didn't plan on getting it at launch anyway but for these sorts of games, am I right in saying that people would rather
play the game > watch the movie?
