The accounts I made don’t work

I have 11 accounts on my xbox and most of them are brand new I used the same phone number and everything but about half of them are banned from xbox live and I havent even played on them yet I also cant set custom pics anymore so im jus kinda confused and
need help with the error message on all these (SilentSounds, MalcolmTECs, TheSleepless38, BabiestEdge, ZodiacZen, and CoatedaPlate6122) if you guys could fix all this that would be great because I made these for a spacific purpose and I would like to finish
my work

Microsoft likesto keep their services a cluster free as possible by having 11 accounts that you even said your self you have not used them yet Microsoft is sure to ban them. It is because they are using a name someone else may want or they could be impersonating
someone else. These are only a few reasons why they are banned, I personally can't do anything about this all i can suggest is that you stick too one account. It is very annoying when theres so many unused accounts just taking up space for no reason.

You must know one thing... Here on the forums no one has the ability to access any account or help fix any bans...

as an Xbox Ambassador, we can't resolve your situation because we don't have those certain permissions.

You can go on the official Microsoft website that deals with bans and more to read the Community rules, contact them and explain your situation.
