but as your posting on the forums with the account it probably isn't banned.

You should be able to use the hard drive from the banned console in a new,unbanned console.

You are not allowed to post personal details,like your email address on the forums.

each Yes (or no) answer will have it's dependancies so there isn't a full 100% Yes answer possible, since there are factors that can have affect on the outcome

1. Yes, that should be possible, since the account itself doesn't seem to be banned, since you can post in the forums

2. Yes, if nothing that breaks the ToU or CoC is on the hard drive which can cause a console ban is on the console it should be fine

3. Yes, If you bought the games with the account you are going to use, you should be able to use (and download) those games via that account.
