    The Account is Invalid --- Ea Battlefield Content


    Hello all

    i started my xbox as normal to find when loading Battlefield v in-fact any of the battlefield or EA Game i got the Message "the account is Invalid"

    So i contact EA as i cant even remember what email address is used on the EA account its that long since i longed into it.

    so i am asked to fill in a form with as much information as i can, but i get the cant help as you have not supplied enough information

    i did this 3 more times adding more and more information but still no joy

    The last message was to contact xbox support who could unlink the box Gamer Tag from there end so i can add a new one

    but xbox support says they can do in and it has to be done via EA Games

    when i log into help.ea.com and click on xbox

    i login with my box gamer tag and password and get the following message

    Account Ineligible

    We're sorry, but your EA account or your Xbox Live account is not eligible.

    Click the button below to logout your microsoft account.

    Any Ideas Please

    locked out of a account i have been using for about 7-8 years

    i dont think i have access to the email address used but have no way of finding out what email is used with the ea - gamer tag link

    Sorry to hear you have been running into these problems with your account. The best advise I can give would be to continue to reach out to
    EA Support so that they can assist you with the account issue. As this is an EA account we do not have access to any information on their side.

    thanks for the reply!! the only issue is there isnt a way to unlink an account (even though thats how that help page makes it sound)

    It definitely different, EA Access give you access to a Vault of games. Purchasing content on a Microsoft Account releases a digital license.

    That's my guess, a few of those EA games could be timed exclusive for the XBOne and most of them will make limited use of the kinnect too.
