Why no more downloading audio cds

They are also supposed to add the ability to listen to music in the background in the future but only off of supported apps. I heart radio, Pandora, etc.

 

USB Flash Drive not being Detected?

The Xbox apps do not currently support playing music from a USB drive for background music. There are some 3rd party apps that have this ability like Simple Background Music Player.

 

and you would still need to turn down the in game music for it to work as all the games released at the moment do not support background music. we will never get the same intergration as was on the 360.

 

I totally gave up on this feature. The one main thing I wanted more than any other feature and thought would of carried over from the original Xbox and 360.... But no.

 

And another useless Xbox 360 feature.....Seems Xbox team don't have any new great idea for Xbox one....

 

And exactly what useful features would you like to see Tzar?

 

Never had a need for this due to only playing fps, but after playing rocket league I can see the appeal.

 

Davey. It's this feature that I really miss when it comes to driving/racing games, I'd of put a lot more time into games like Forza and The Crew if we had this feature, as it stands though, I've barely played them which is a shame.

 

As with all features they will be used by some and not by others but IMO all are welcome as options.

Cannot see the appeal of listening to random music over the top of game sounds.. what's the point in that?!

 

Im in the couldn't care and don't see the value camp. I have never had the urge to listen to my music while I play games with great sounds anyway. Mind you when I listen to my chosen tunes I don't want to be gaming either.

 

I was always confused as to why this was such a sought after feature. I never once used it on 360. But to each their own. Happy it will be incoming for those who use it.

 

I'll definitely be returning to Forza if it get's implemented. Also a bit of Minecraft creative mode I find fun, it's nice to just chillout and build with while listening to your tunes.

 

I don't see the appeal. I used it once on a racing game on the original Xbox and it was cool for an hour. I don't know why people want it so bad.
